Education
The staff at Robertson Erickson have worked on over 150 school projects from pre-kindergarten to University facilities.
Recent projects include topographic & utility base maps for the Butte Hall Project, the Physical Sciences Building Replacement, the FMS building site, the Chiller Plant Expansion, Big Chico Creek Bridge Projects, the Gateway Science Museum, Colusa Hall remodel, Taylor Hall Replacement, and ADA upgrades at Butte, Tehama, Glenn, and Plumas Halls, plus Meriam Library.
Civil Engineering for the Student Services Center Plaza, Athletic Field Restroom Facility & Chiller Plant Expansion.
Sewer capacity study to support new Physical Sciences building.
11.3 acre site on Forest Avenue in Chico for a Butte College satellite building in Chico.
Facilitated the design and engineering of the world’s first installed Artificial Sports Turf Field cooled by an EPIC sand base profile. Engineers at Robertson Erickson worked with engineers at RESI to produce a sports playing field that provides a cooler playing surface during the hot summer months while also providing storm water management capabilities during the rainy months. Apartment projects in Chico, Orland, Oroville, Elk Grove, Sacramento, Linda, Live Oak, Marysville, Yuba City, Red Bluff, Lakeport, Gridley, Willows, and Redding, CA. Planning and engineering on a 38-acre luxury apartment and condominium project in Redding, CA.
11 lot subdivision in Paradise, CA, containing challenging grading, drainage, water supply system expansion, and septic system design.

Plans, specifications, and estimates for 8,500 linear feet of water main replacement in Paradise, CA.
Base topographic mapping and design for new probation department facility.
ADA upgrades in and around Community Development Building & Veteran’s Hall.
Update of 30-acre facility to include, expansion of dormitory facilities, new parking areas, new roadways, expansion of water storage and fire suppression systems. Design also included analysis of existing wastewater system, new sanitary sewer lift station and storm runoff detention basins.
