The following is a sample list of on-going and recent projects that are representative of our capabilities and experience. For each of these projects we provided all or part of the following services:
Project representation and technical support at public hearings, topographic surveying and mapping, boundary surveying, land divisions, American Land Title Association (ALTA) surveys, design of on-site and off-site improvements including frontage roads, interior roads, sewer and/or wastewater systems, storm drainage and detention, water system design, grading and paving plans, parking lots, utilities, inspection services, storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), construction staking, and as-built drawings.
Residential, Commercial and Health Care
Feather River Hospital, Paradise, CA
Master planned expansion of hospital campus including design and overhaul of the onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system. Onsite expansion projects include the a new loading dock, Emergency Department expansion, parking lot additions, helipad relocation, and the Human Resources building.
Offsite projects include the FRH Rural Health Clinic in Paradise, CA.
Sunset Hills Estates, Cottonwood Creek Ranch
4000 acres of residential and commercial development, including freeway on/off ramp frontage, 800 home sites located on the east side of Interstate 5, and commercial development at the Interstate 5 interchanges.
Linwood Subdivision
87 lot subdivision that includes 82 residential lots and several commercial parcels in Orland, CA.
Wittmeier Auto Center
13-acre auto dealership located on Highway 99 in south Chico.
Feather Falls Casino Expansion and Hotel
Several Casino and parking lot expansion projects including a recent hotel addition and the new Feather Falls Brewery in Oroville, CA
Liberty Medical Plaza
9-acre medical office building complex in Red Bluff, adjacent to Saint Elizabeth's Hospital.
Senior Housing and Care
Assisted Living Facilities and Retirement Residences. Facilities located in Redding, Chico (2), Oroville, Paradise, and Fresno, California.
Multifamily Residential Projects
Apartment projects 2 acres and larger in Sacramento, Marysville, Red Bluff, and, Redding, CA. Planning and engineering on a 38-acre luxury apartment and condominium project in Redding, CA.

Paradise Irrigation District
Plans, specifications, and estimates for 8,500 linear feet of water main replacement in Paradise, CA.
Education
California State University, Chico
Recent projects include topographic base maps for the Gateway Science Museum, Colusa Hall remodel, and ADA upgrades at Butte, Tehama and Plumas Halls.
Butte Community College, Chico Center
11.3-acre site on Forest Avenue in Chico is the new Butte College satellite campus.
Harrison Field, Oroville, CA
Facilitated the design and engineering of the worlds first installed Artificial Sports Turf Field cooled by an EPIC sand base profile. Engineers at Robertson Erickson worked with engineers at RESI to produce a sports playing field that provides a cooler playing surface during the hot summer months while also providing storm water management capabilities during the rainy months.
Sutter High School, Sutter, CA
Full civil engineering support for a new gym facility and classroom building at the Sutter Basin High School campus.
